About Care Australia is an Exclusive Registered NDIS Service Provider that is dedicated to providing support to people with disabilities in their own homes or in one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodations. Our staff includes skilled Nursing, Support Workers, and Allied Health Professionals.
We are a NDIS Registered Provider who provides a range of services to help people with disability to live a connected and independent life in our community. Our mission is improve the quality of life of our clients in the environment that they are most comfortable in; their home.
Our norm is to go above and beyond on a daily basis, we will always plan everything around you. Your home is your safe space and sacred to you so we always endeavour to match you the right caring people who are qualified and have had all the safety checks to give you peace of mind.
Together we will identify realistic goals, timeframes and create care plans that will achieve optimal care needs. Extra effort will be made to identify ways we can help improve your quality of life based on your own lifestyle goals and preferences.
We never lose sight of our clients fundamental right to be treated with dignity, respect and compassion. We listen to clients/ participants, the community and welcome new ideas and ways of doing things to improve client care.
